Return Policy

Opposhe offers a 30-day return policy for our customers. If you're not completely happy with our products, you can return or exchange your order(s) as long as the products are in ELIGIBLE and NEW CONDITION:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date

• Products must be in the same condition you received them (unworn, unaltered, undamaged)

Ineligible Products

• Products were worn, cut, damaged, or the original status was changed

• Clearance Items

* Please note that we can't accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.

 

How to Return?

1. Contact us at service@opposhe.com. Please note that your request may be denied if you don't contact us.

2. Apply for the return online.
• A: Sign in and locate your order in "my orders"
• B: Click on "Return items"

We'll contact you once we receive the returns.

*Please note that customers are responsible for their return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. 

 

Return Address

Please don't return to the address on the package, it is not our address and we can't receive it. You can contact our email service@opposhe.com for a correct return address,  after we receive it we can refund you, otherwise, we cannot carry out a refund system operation.

 

General Return Process

 

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at service@opposhe.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: that your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
